Registered Youth Apprenticeship Role Clarity for Educators, Apprentices and Employers

As you begin your RYA program, it is important to have role clarity from the beginning and adjust as needed during development and expansion. Recognizing these roles and communicating the expectations with your team increases your effectiveness and communication for the many moving parts of the program. Clarifying the various responsibilities simplifies the process for all involved including the deliverables to the US DOL. In this session, we will give an overview of the various roles for your internal educational team, employers, and the apprentice.
